Did you know that 50% of Canadians have been touched by heart disease or stroke, either personally or through a family member or close friend? In fact, one person dies in Canada every 5 minutes from heart disease, stroke or vascular cognitive impairment. As our population ages and more younger people are being diagnosed, the urgency to beat heart disease and stroke grows.
Your support will fund life-saving research across Canada that will help people who are currently living with the effects of heart disease, stroke and vascular cognitive impairment and help better the outcomes for those who will be diagnosed with these conditions this year.
Get moving on your own, with family and friends, or take things to the next level with our two specialty registration options.
There’s strength in numbers! Challenge yourself, your colleagues and your competitors.
Throughout the month of June, this unique, memorable team-building challenge will get your team active and inspired to help beat heart disease and stroke. Feel good as you do good – together!
